Our primary clients are large corporations that order for their staff. We cater to groups as small as 10 up to 90 people. We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to develop a catering menu, provide recipes, and consult on our existing menu. The ideal candidate will possess leadership skills, extensive kitchen experience, creative menu development skills and a passion for food preparation.
Duties
Develop menus and new recipes
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
Train kitchen staff new recipes
Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow and high standards of food quality.
Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring consistency, taste, and presentation meet expectations.
Requirements
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and restaurant management within the food industry or hospitality sector.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards, handling procedures, and sanitation practices.
Excellent skills in food service, culinary techniques, and menu development.
Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is essential; leadership qualities are highly valued.
Knowledge of the food industry trends and customer preferences.

Pay: $20.00-$50.00 per hour
