Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs to maximize profitability. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction. Monitor kitchen performance, making adjustments as needed to improve efficiency and quality. Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and professional growth among staff members.

Skills

Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry. Strong knowledge of food handling practices, safety regulations, and culinary techniques. Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in both food preparation and kitchen operations. A passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
