Facilities are located within drill camps, mining camps, construction camps, pipeline camps, oil and gas installations and correctional facilities.Job detailsLocation : Chibougamau, QuebecSchedule: Full-time hours on rotation schedule 14 days on - 14 days offExcellent Benefits package starting day 1Must be bilingualJob SummaryNow, if you were to come on board as a Chef Manager, we\'d ask you to do the following for us:

  • Supervise Food services, housekeeping and janitorial services.
  • Ensure implementation of safety regulations and programs.
  • Manage budgetary needs, monitor expenditures, and take corrective action when needed.
  • Evaluate operations for quality and effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Review financial reports, recognize variations, and provide corrective actions to achieve budget.
  • Ensure that all legislative requirements are met, involving construction, installation, fire, safety and sanitation.

  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience food, housekeeping and janatorial services.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience managing remote camps\xc3\xa9
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) in French and English.
