We are seeking a talented and dedicated Indian Cuisine Chef to prepare, cook, and present a variety of traditional Indian dishes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Indian culinary techniques, regional flavors, and spices. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality, safety, cleanliness, and efficiency in the kitchen.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes based on restaurant standards and customer preferences.
Develop and refine recipes to ensure authenticity and high quality.
Manage daily kitchen operations, including food prep, cooking, and plating.
Ensure all dishes are prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring efficient teamwork.
Innovate new Indian recipes and keep menu offerings exciting and authentic.
Handle customer feedback professionally and make adjustments as necessary.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Chef with specialization in Indian cuisine.
In-depth knowledge of Indian spices, herbs, and traditional cooking techniques.
Familiarity with regional Indian dishes from North, South, East, and West India.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Food safety and sanitation certification is preferred.
Creativity and passion for Indian food.

Chef specialise(e) en cuisine indienne
talentueux(se) et devoue(e), capable de preparer, cuisiner et presenter une variete de plats indiens authentiques. Le candidat ideal possede une connaissance approfondie des techniques culinaires, des saveurs regionales et de l'utilisation des epices indiennes. Ce poste exige creativite, rigueur et souci du detail afin de maintenir la qualite et la coherence des plats servis.
Responsabilites
Preparer et cuisiner des plats indiens authentiques selon les normes du restaurant.
Developper, tester et ameliorer les recettes pour garantir leur authenticite et leur qualite.
Superviser les operations quotidiennes de la cuisine, y compris la preparation, la cuisson et la presentation des plats.
Maintenir un environnement de travail propre, organise et conforme aux normes d'hygiene et de securite.
Gerer les stocks et participer aux commandes d'ingredients et de fournitures.
Former et encadrer le personnel de cuisine pour assurer une bonne efficacite d'equipe.
Creer et proposer de nouvelles recettes indiennes pour enrichir le menu.
Accueillir les commentaires des clients et ajuster les plats au besoin.
Qualifications
Experience confirmee en tant que chef specialise dans la cuisine indienne (exigee).
Excellente connaissance des epices, herbes et techniques culinaires traditionnelles indiennes.
Familiarite avec les plats regionaux de differentes parties de l'Inde (Nord, Sud, Est, Ouest).
Capacite a travailler efficacement dans un environnement dynamique.
Solides competences en gestion d'equipe et en organisation.
Certification en hygiene et securite alimentaire (un atout).
Creativite, passion et souci du detail.
