Nous sommes a la recherche d'un(e) chef(fe) d'equipe technique qui sera l'interface principale de l'organisation de l'architecture et de la technologie des services numeriques a Montreal.

Vous dirigerez des etudes, des engagements et des prototypes dans differents domaines du portefeuille de services numeriques avec le soutien de l'equipe a Montreal, et a distance le cas echeant. Grace a votre grande expertise technique et de leadership, vous gerez des projets de taille et de portee diverses, en identifiant les occasions futures. Vous vous engagerez aupres des entreprises emergentes et de l'ecosysteme general du Quebec et de l'Ontario en matiere d'innovation ouverte et vous vous occuperez de la collaboration avec les universites.

Il s'agit d'une occasion incroyable de faaonner le portefeuille de services numeriques, la technologie et la strategie.

Vos taches

  • Diriger l'interface principale avec la clientele et gerer les relations avec les clients afin de renforcer la confiance de ces derniers
  • Faire partie de l'equipe de direction du client et rendre compte au directeur des operations du compte
  • Assurer les activites de prevente pour la construction de DC et travailler avec les equipes locales pour assurer la chaane d'approvisionnement et la preparation du site pour le deploiement
  • Gerer les relations avec les fournisseurs, en travaillant en etroite collaboration avec eux pour definir et mettre en A"uvre un processus de collaboration
  • Executer et livrer les nouveaux contrats en securisant le plan de projet : definir la portee du projet, obtenir les ressources necessaires et planifier/surveiller/suivre toutes les activites
  • Assurer la livraison de l'equipement sur le site du client final dans les delais prevus
  • Coordonner les ressources locales pour les services d'installation
  • Diriger et gerer une equipe matricielle (chaane d'approvisionnement, reperage, commerce et conformite, services de soutien)
  • Mener des activites d'amelioration afin de renforcer l'experience client et l'efficacite.
Dans votre CV :
  • Une maatrise ou une formation superieure en informatique, en ingenierie electrique ou dans un domaine connexe
  • Nombre minimum d'annees d'experience : Plus de 10 ans dans le secteur des TI/telecommunications
  • Connaissance approfondie d'une partie du portefeuille de services numeriques (systeme de soutien aux entreprises (BSS)/systeme d'exploitation et soutien (OSS)/paquet central, nuage) ou de certaines technologies pertinentes telles que l'informatique en nuage, l'intelligence artificielle/l'apprentissage automatique, l'automatisation, les technologies logicielles, l'exploitation des logiciels
  • Excellentes competences en matiere de presentation et de communication
  • Competences interpersonnelles exceptionnelles, innovation, et capacite a motiver, inspirer et diriger des equipes transversales/fonctionnelles avec un haut degre d'independance et de reussite.
  • Demonstration d'une forte capacite de communication verbale et ecrite aupres d'un public geographiquement disperse.

About this opportunity

We are looking for a Technical Team Lead who will be digital service architecture and technology organization main interface in Montreal.

You will lead studies, engagement, and prototypes in different areas of digital service portfolio with support from the team in Montreal, and remote when applicable. Using your extensive technical and leadership expertise, you manage projects of various size and scope, identifying future opportunities. You will engage with start-ups and the general ecosystem in Quebec and Ontario in open innovation as well as handle university collaboration.

This is an incredible opportunity to shape Digital services portfolio and technology and strategy.

What you will do
  • Lead the main customer interface and handle customer relationship to build customer confidence
  • Be part of the customer leadership team and report to the COO of account
  • Secure pre-sales activities for DC build and work with local teams to secure supply chain and site readiness for deployment
  • Manage vendor relationships, working closely with vendors to define and implement process for working together
  • Execute and deliver new contracts by securing the project plan: define project scope, secure the necessary resources and plan/monitor/follow-up all activities
  • Ensure equipment delivery to final customer site per timeline
  • Coordinate local resources for installation services
  • Lead and run a matrix team (Supply Chain, Sourcing, Trade & Compliance, Support services)
  • Drive improvement activities to enhance customer experience and efficiencies.
You will bring
  • A master's degree or higher education in computer science, electrical engineer or similar
  • Min 8 years of experience in IT/telecom industry
  • Deep knowledge in part of digital services portfolio (BSS/OSS/packet core, Cloud) or in some of relevant technologies such as cloud computing, AI/ML, automation, software technologies, software operation
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, innovation, and the ability to motivate, inspire, and lead cross group/functional teams with a high degree of independence and success.
  • Demonstrated strong capability in verbal and written communications skills across a geographically dispersed audience.
