Le Centre est a la recherche d'un(e) chef de programme pour superviser tous les aspects de nos programmes, y compris les loisirs, les beaux-arts, les arts decoratifs, la programmation sociale, les affaires mondiales, l'education continue, les evenements speciaux et les sorties sociales. Le ou la gestionnaire sera responsable de l'evaluation, du developpement, de la mise en oeuvre et de l'evaluation des programmes, tout en gerant les budgets et en alignant les services sur le plan strategique du Centre ainsi que sur les meilleures pratiques. Ce role exige une grande collaboration et requiert de solides competences en leadership, en gestion de programmes et en mobilisation communautaire.
FONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILITES
Superviser et soutenir le personnel afin d'assurer la qualite de la prestation des programmes
Gerer les budgets des programmes, la production de rapports et les exigences de conformite
Collaborer avec les equipes internes et les partenaires externes pour ameliorer les programmes et promouvoir le Centre
Superviser le marketing, la sensibilisation et les communications des programmes en coordination avec l'equipe de marketing
Assurer la liaison avec le service informatique pour la gestion des bases de donnees, les mises a jour du site web et la formation du personnel
Soutenir les comites de benevoles, l'inscription et les services sociaux afin de garantir une experience positive pour les membres
Surveiller la participation aux programmes, les commentaires des membres et le niveau de satisfaction general
Representer le Centre dans la communaute et favoriser les partenariats
S'assurer que les besoins operationnels tels que les fournitures, les espaces et la logistique sont combles
Assumer d'autres responsabilites, au besoin
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE ET COMPETENCES
Diplome dans un domaine pertinent
Capacite averee a diriger et a collaborer avec une equipe dynamique, tout en travaillant efficacement de maniere independante
Souci exceptionnel du detail et solides competences organisationnelles
Experience en gestion de projets dans un milieu communautaire a but non lucratif
Experience en evaluation de programmes consideree comme un atout important
Excellentes competences en communication ecrite et orale, avec la capacite de collaborer entre differents services et disciplines
Forte orientation service a la clientele et excellentes competences interpersonnelles
Experience de travail avec des benevoles, des comites de la communaute et des partenaires communautaires, un atout
Capacite demontree a etablir

The Cummings Centre is seeking a Program Manager to oversee all aspects of our programs, including Leisure, Fine Arts, Crafts, Social Programming, Global Affairs, Continuing Education, Special Events, and Social Outings. The Manager will be responsible for assessing, developing, implementing, and evaluating programs while managing budgets and aligning services with the Centre's strategic plan and best practices. This role is highly collaborative, requiring strong leadership, program management, and community engagement skills.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise and support staff to ensure quality program delivery
Manage program budgets, reporting, and compliance requirements
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance programs and promote the Centre
Oversee program marketing, outreach, and communications in coordination with the Marketing Team
Liaise with IT for database management, website updates, and staff training
Support volunteer committees, registration, and social services to ensure a positive member experience
Monitor program participation, member feedback, and overall satisfaction
Represent the Centre in the community and foster partnerships
Ensure operational needs such as supplies, space, and logistics are met
Carry out other responsibilities, as required
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
A Bachelor's degree in a clinically relevant field
Proven ability to lead and collaborate with a dynamic team, while also working effectively independently
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Experience managing projects in a non-profit community setting
Experience in program evaluation considered a strong asset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and disciplines
Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
Experience working with volunteers, lay committees, and community partners, an asset
Proven networking abilities with a customer service orientation
Proficiency in Mictrosoft Office Suite and comfort with program databases (Salesforce experience a strong asset)
High degree of reliability, discretion, and professionalism
Fluency in French (oral and written) is required
