We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CDP to join our vibrant culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The CDP will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests through efficient meal preparation and presentation.
Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Ensure all food is cooked to the correct temperature and presented attractively
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours
Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
Adhere to all food safety regulations and restaurant policies
Requirements
Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
Strong understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling practices
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction when interacting with front-of-house staff or guests
Experience in the food industry demonstrating proficiency in meal preparation and food service operations
Reliable team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
