We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and cooking, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in food preparation and ensuring that our dishes meet high standards of quality and presentation.
Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including proper food handling practices.
Assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations as needed.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service hours.
Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as necessary.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food safety guidelines.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred.
Strong skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal preparation.
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively within the kitchen team.
