Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and cooking, with experience in the food service industry. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality meals to our guests while maintaining food safety standards and ensuring a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace and equipment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Follow proper food handling procedures to minimize waste and ensure quality. Participate in training new kitchen staff on cooking techniques and safety protocols.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within the food industry. Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and food safety standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff. Familiarity with various kitchen equipment and tools used in meal preparation. A passion for serving high-quality dishes that delight customers.
