What you'll do
Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to our menu standards and recipes
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and exceptional presentation of dishes
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food handling and storage practices
Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and innovative techniques
Manage inventory control by tracking supplies, placing orders, and minimizing waste
Supervise junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to foster a positive team environment
Uphold food safety regulations and sanitation standards to ensure guest safety
Participate in catering events as needed, showcasing your culinary skills beyond the restaurant
Experience
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, Line Cook or a similar role within the food industry
Strong culinary skills with a focus on food preparation and cooking techniques
Familiarity with inventory management processes and food service management best practices
Excellent team management abilities with a knack for leadership in high-pressure situations
Knowledge of dietary restrictions and ability to accommodate special requests is a plus
Previous experience in restaurant management or kitchen management is beneficial
