You will be responsible for running your section efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and execute Mediterranean dishes to the restaurant's quality and presentation standards.
Manage your section (grill, meat, or seafood) with precision and consistency.
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are upheld at all times.
Assist the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in menu execution and daily prep.
Monitor stock rotation, portion control, and minimize food waste.
Support and mentor junior kitchen staff when needed.
Qualifications:
Culinary diploma or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
in a Mediterranean or grill-focused kitchen.
Strong skills in
grilling, butchery, and seafood preparation.
Excellent understanding of Mediterranean ingredients and cooking techniques.
Team-oriented, organized, and able to thrive under pressure.
