We are seeking an experienced and confident

Chef de Partie

to join our culinary team at our renowned high-end steakhouse. This role is ideal for a driven professional with a passion for precision, consistency, and excellence--especially on the grill, the heart of our kitchen.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards Lead the grill section during service, ensuring all steaks and proteins are cooked to exacting standard Ensure all dishes are presented attractively and served promptly Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures at all times Work collaboratively with the brigade to maintain a smooth, efficient, and positive kitchen environment. Support team members during busy service periods to ensure smooth operations Adhere to sanitation policies and health regulations to uphold a safe working environment

Requirements

Red Seal Certification or currently on an active path toward completing the designation. Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly Strong understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Previous experience in a high-volume, high-end, or fine-dining environment. Strong knowledge of steak cuts, butchery basics, grill temperatures, and cooking techniques. Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining composure and professionalism. Strong communication skills and a commitment to continuous learning. Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction Basic knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment required Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed A positive attitude, teamwork-oriented mindset, and attention to detail
