We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation, ensuring that dishes are prepared efficiently and meet our high standards for taste and presentation.

Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and restaurant standards. Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service during peak hours. Follow all food handling procedures to ensure the safety and quality of all dishes served. Participate in daily kitchen operations, including setting up workstations and cleaning equipment after use.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the food industry or as a Chef de Partie is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Knowledge of Thai cuisine is the asset Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality meal preparation. Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and work as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
