We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Chef De Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess strong culinary expertise, leadership abilities, and experience in fine dining and banquet settings. As a key member of our kitchen management, you will oversee specific sections of the kitchen, ensure high-quality food preparation, and maintain efficient kitchen operations. Responsibilities



Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality. Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff within your designated section, providing guidance and support. Manage inventory levels for your section, including ordering supplies and controlling food costs through effective inventory management. Oversee food safety practices, ensuring compliance with health regulations and proper handling procedures. Assist in menu planning and contribute innovative ideas for dishes to enhance the dining experience. Collaborate with other kitchen departments to ensure smooth service during events such as banquets, catering functions, and fine dining service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of your work area, adhering to sanitation standards at all times. Train junior staff members in food preparation techniques, safety protocols, and service standards. Monitor food production processes to optimize efficiency while maintaining high standards of quality.

Qualifications



Proven experience in fine dining establishments, banquets, catering, or restaurant management roles. Strong background in food preparation, culinary techniques, and kitchen management. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising or managing kitchen teams. Knowledge of inventory control, food safety regulations, and dietary department requirements. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure. Experience in menu planning, shift management, and food service operations. Familiarity with hospitality industry standards including food handling, catering services, and restaurant experience. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Relevant culinary certifications or training are preferred but not mandatory. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
