We're looking for a
Chef de Partie
who knows their craft inside out. Someone with the skill, discipline, and mindset to own their station and contribute to a strong, positive team culture.

5+ years
of professional kitchen experience - Italian an asset.
Proven ability to run a station efficiently during service
Solid knife skills and deep understanding of prep and plating standards
Strong organizational habits and cleanliness
Consistent, dependable, and calm under pressure
Evening and weekend availability
What You'll Do:
Take full responsibility for your section -- prep, service, and station maintenance
Execute dishes with accuracy, speed, and care
Work collaboratively with the Head Chef to maintain standards
Bring energy and focus to every shift
