We're looking for a Chef de Partie who is passionate, curious, and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen. If you take pride in your craft, manage time with precision, and stay cool under pressure, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
Ensure all food items are prepared in a timely manner and meet quality specifications
Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized station
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and sanitation
Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service
Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to management
Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen
Work closely with the Chef and Sous Chef's in creating and preparing both banquet and al a cart style foods
Skills
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation methods
Experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred
Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Strong attention to detail, ensuring consistency in meal presentation and quality
Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
A willingness to work hard and learn!
