We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef De Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a strong understanding of kitchen operations. As a Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in preparing high-quality meals, ensuring food safety standards, and contributing to an efficient kitchen environment. Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area. Assist in meal preparation and presentation to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Follow proper food handling procedures to minimize waste and maintain quality. Participate in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or in a similar role within the food industry. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff. Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. A passion for cooking and willingness to learn new techniques and recipes.
