We are currently seeking a
Chef de Cuisine
to lead our kitchen team.
About the Role:
The Chef de Cuisine will oversee all kitchen operations, foster a collaborative team environment, and ensure consistent execution of high-quality dishes that deliver an exceptional guest experience. This role also involves food and labour costing, inventory management, and maintaining kitchen standards.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar leadership role, working with house-made ingredients
Strong leadership and teaching skills with a positive, supportive approach
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with excellent organization
Effective communication skills for ordering, team direction, recipe documentation, and admin tasks
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure consistent food quality and presentation according to the Chef's vision
Train and supervise kitchen staff while upholding food safety standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas
Collaborate on menu development and execution
Manage product orders and verify deliveries meet expectations
