We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, showcasing creativity and expertise in preparing high-quality meals. As a Chef, you will play a crucial role in menu development, kitchen management, and ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your ability to lead a team and maintain food safety standards will be essential to our success.
Responsibilities
Design and prepare innovative French menus that reflect seasonal ingredients, customer preferences .
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining proper stock levels to minimize waste.
Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and teamwork.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Assist in the development of new recipes and techniques to enhance the culinary offerings of the establishment.
Skills
Strong background in hospitality and experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Proficiency in various cooking techniques and styles, with a focus on quality food preparation.
Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations within the restaurant industry.
Excellent team management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead kitchen staff effectively.
Experience in bartending is a plus, enhancing the overall dining experience for guests.
Ability to work collaboratively with others while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
Strong communication skills, enabling effective interaction with both kitchen staff and front-of-house teams.
