Duties
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food preparation and service.
Develop and design innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
Collaborate with the front-of-house team to create a seamless dining experience for guests.
Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize kitchen efficiency.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff.
Experience
Proven experience in a Chef or similar role within the food industry, preferably in a restaurant setting.
Strong supervisory skills with experience in team management and leadership.
In-depth knowledge of food handling practices, food safety standards, and culinary techniques.
Excellent cooking skills with a passion for creating high-quality dishes.
Previous experience in restaurant management is highly desirable.
