We're excited to open the doors to our brand-new Courtenay location and are currently hiring motivated, passionate, and reliable team members for a variety of coaching and program roles.

Parkour Coaches Gymnastics & Tumbling Coaches Cheer Coaches Acro Coaches Camp and Field Trip Coaches & Support Staff Birthday Party Hosts*

Whether you have experience in one discipline or you're open to multiple roles, we'd love to hear from you!

Ideal Candidates:

Have some background in cheer, gymnastics, dance, parkour, acro, gymnastics, or related Have experience and are passionate about working with children (ages 3-13) Are positive, energetic, and comfortable leading groups Are team players who are dependable, punctual, and coachable Looking for long-term employment (1 year minimum) Are looking for part-time, casual, or seasonal work (evenings, weekends are a must!)
We welcome both experienced coaches and those newer to coaching -- full training and onboarding will be provided.

Start Date:
August or sooner, will require some online training in preparation for opening. Possible travel.
Hiring now for summer camps and trial programs and Full fall programming begins September 2025.

Pay: $18.00-$40.00 per hour
