Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un(e) charge(e) de projets pour rejoindre notre equipe Organisation des Lieux du Travail (OLT) basee a Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), ou vous travaillerez au sein d'une equipe enthousiaste et engagee.

Vous ferez partie de l'equipe

Organisation des Lieux du Travail (OLT)

chargee de:

l'amenagement de l'usine et des postes de production; 5S des postes de travail; l'amelioration continue des projets, vision du site de Mirabel.
L'organisation de l'equipe est etablie de maniere a promouvoir la collaboration transversale de maniere autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.

Participer a la resistance au changement venant des operateurs; Etre ouvert aux changements de priorites/projets frequents;

Votre role en tant que

Charge de projets en Organisation des lieux du travail

sera de


Gerer des projets en simultanes; Etablir des echeanciers de projets et les presenter aux clients internes; Supporter les travaux de reamenagement et l'organisation des lieux de travail; Creer et mettre a jour des dessins d'amenagement (logiciel AutoCAD); Interagir avec l'ensemble des fonctions d'une usine d'assemblage; Participer au developpement des methodologies standards de l'equipe; Faire des observations sur le plancher de production; Compiler/Analyser des donnees et rediger un rapport d'opportunites d'ameliorations.

Votre profil:

Vous detenez 1-2 ans d'experience dans le domaine; Vous avez des connaissances du logiciel Autocad; Vous etes autonome avec une approche orientee client; Vous avez de l'initiative, etes dynamique, ponctuel et professionnel; Vous avez de l'interet pour l'amelioration continue; Vous etes un joueur d'equipe et avez de la facilite a interagir avec les gens; Vous maitrisez le francais (niveau avance) et possedez des connaissances de base en anglais (niveau debutant).

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a project manager to join our Workplace Organization team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will work within a dynamic and dedicated team.

You will be part of the

Workplace Organization (OLT)

team responsible for developing:

The layout of the plant and production workstations; 5S of workstations; The continuous improvement of projects, in line with the vision for the Mirabel site.
The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

Your challenges:

Participate in resistance to change from operators; Be open to frequent changes in priorities/projects.

Your role as

a project manager in Workplace Organization

will be to

Manage multiple projects simultaneously; Establish project timelines and present them to internal clients; Support redevelopment work and the organization of workspaces; Create and update layout drawings (using AutoCAD software); Interact with all functions of an assembly plant; Participate in the development of the team's standard methodologies; Make observations on the production floor; Compile/analyze data and write a report on opportunities for improvement.

Your boarding pass:

You have 1-2 years of experience in the field; You have knowledge of AutoCAD software; You are autonomous with a customer-oriented approach; You have initiative, and are dynamic, punctual, and professional; You have an interest in continuous improvement; You are a team player and interact easily with people. You have an advanced level of French and a basic knowledge of English (beginner level).
