Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un Chef de Projets- Controle des matieres pour rejoindre notre equipe de Controle des Matieres basee a Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), ou vous travaillerez conjointement avec plusieurs secteurs qui composent notre systeme manufacturier.
Vous ferez partie de l'equipe Planification et gestion des processus charge de la planification des mouvements de nos equipes de transport, fournit le soutien pour la creation et l'implantation de nouveaux processus ainsi que la gestion de certains items critiques a nos operations
L'organisation de l'equipe est etablie de maniere a promouvoir la collaboration transversale de maniere autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.
Votre role en tant que Chef de Projet-Controle des Matieres sera de soutenir les operations dans la mise en place de nouveaux processus au sein de nos equipes de Transport, Magasin et Relance, collaborer avec differents secteurs de l'entreprise afin de supporter differents projets d'ameliorations et le maintien et la surveillance d'activites liees a nos operations .

Vos defis:
Mener a terme des projets de differentes envergures au sein de l'organisation du Controle des Matieres;
Etre le point focal pour tous les processus de flux de matieres, gestion des kanbans et points de chute;
Assurer les methodes et moyens de livraison de pieces aux postes de travail;
Maitriser la cedule maitresse afin de supporter les projets relies aux futures montees en cadence;
Participer, organiser et faciliter le deroulement d'ateliers de travail avec divers intervenants;
Documenter les processus et definir les requis de fonctions specifiques;
Proposer et implanter des pistes d'amelioration.
Votre profil:
Vous avez un diplome universitaire en Genie Industriel, Administration des Affaires, Gestion des operations et/ou de la Logistique ou toute autre experience equivalente;
Vous avez une experience de 5 a 10 dans le domaine manufacturier;
Vous avez une excellente comprehension du systeme manufacturier;
Vous avez deja evolue dans l'environnement SAP (un atout important);
Vous avez les qualites pour travailler en equipe et vous etes reconnu pour votre leadership;
Vous etes rigoureux, organise, motive par l'amelioration continue et la gestion de projet;
Vous etes a l'aise dans un environnement syndique;
Vous etes pret a voyager de facon occasionnelle;
Vous etes bilingue (francais, anglais).

The A220 commercial aircraft program is seeking a Project Manager - Materials Control to join our Materials Control team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will work jointly with several sectors that make up our manufacturing system.
You will be part of the Process Planning and Management team responsible for / which develops takes care of planning the movements of our transport teams, provides support for the creation and implementation of new processes as well as the management of certain critical items to our operations
The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.
Your role as Project Manager-Material Control will be to support operations in the implementation of new processes within our Transport, Warehouse and Expediting teams, collaborate with different areas of the company to support different improvement projects and the maintenance and monitoring of activities related to our operations.

Your challenges:
Complete projects of various sizes within the Materials Control organization;
Be the focal point for all material flow processes, kanban management, and drop-off points;
Ensure the methods and means for delivering parts to workstations;
Control the master schedule to support projects related to future ramp-ups;
Participate in, organize, and facilitate workshops with various stakeholders;
Document processes and define requirements for specific functions ;
Propose and implement areas for improvement.
Your boarding pass:
You have a university degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management and/or Logistics, or any other equivalent experience;
You have 5 to 10 years of experience in the manufacturing sector;
You have an excellent understanding of manufacturing systems;
You have experience working in a SAP environment (a significant asset);
You have the qualities to work in a team and are recognized for your leadership;
You are rigorous, organized, and motivated by continuous improvement and project management;
You are comfortable in a unionized environment;
You are willing to travel occasionally;
You are bilingual (French, English).
