Engineering People Transformation - Change Delivery Manager (Fixed Term 18-24 Months)
Grade: ML1/SB3
Salary: £38,500 per annum to £47,700 per annum
At Northern, we aim to develop and champion excellence in not only our services but also our people. We are currently looking for Change Delivery Manager to join the People team, with the clear objective to deliver excellent and comprehensive service towards the Engineering People Transformation.
As the Change Delivery Manager, you’ll support the Head of Engineering People Transformation by taking the lead in Key projects within the People Strategy workstream. You’ll create project plans, manage the delivery of those projects in conjunction with specialist support required, and completing reports on progress in line with programme control.
This role will require you to provide the Engineering senior leadership team and workstream leads with comprehensive HR advice, guidance and support relating to transformation people activity and translate the ‘Engineering Rich Picture’ int plans to ensure effective delivery. By supporting the delivery of the People workstream activity, you’ll ensure milestones commitments are met, establishing credibility within the function as an expert in HR excellence.
This role can be based across Manchester, Leeds, and York, so there will be some requirement for you to travel across the main Engineering locations. However, there is the opportunity to work from home.
