Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Lead large-scale, multi-ministry change initiatives that align with enterprise IT modernization and transformation goals. Develop and implement comprehensive

change management strategies, frameworks, and multi-year roadmaps

. Conduct

stakeholder impact assessments

, change readiness evaluations, and develop mitigation plans to address resistance. Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, process improvement specialists, and leadership to integrate change practices across the organization. Develop and execute

communication strategies and materials

(e.g., presentations, newsletters, FAQs) for diverse audiences including executives, staff, and technical teams. Design and deliver

workshops, briefings, and training sessions

to build change capability and drive adoption. Lead stakeholder engagement activities, ensuring alignment and collaboration across multiple ministries and governance bodies. Define and track

key performance indicators (KPIs)

to measure adoption and change effectiveness. Support governance, reporting, and continuous improvement by conducting post-implementation reviews and lessons learned.

Required Skills and Experience (Must Haves)



Large-Scale Change Leadership:


Demonstrated experience in leading

large-scale enterprise-level (multi-ministry)

change initiatives.

Change Strategy Development:


Proven ability to

develop and implement change strategies

in multi-stakeholder environments, aligned with

enterprise IT goals

.

Change Roadmap Execution:


Experience in

creating and executing multi-year change roadmaps

to support business and technology transformation.

Communication and Stakeholder Engagement:


Experience

developing communication plans

and crafting clear, compelling materials (e.g., decks, newsletters, FAQs) for diverse audiences, including executive-level communications.

Facilitation and Training Delivery:


Experience

conducting workshops, briefings, and training sessions

to support stakeholders and build change capacity.

Desirable Skills



Experience supporting

digital transformation

or enterprise platform onboarding projects. Familiarity with

Ontario Public Service (OPS)

or other public sector organizations. Strong analytical, facilitation, and presentation skills. Ability to influence at all organizational levels and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36.25 per week
