Our client is seeking a Senior Change Management Consultant
Key Deliverables for Senior Change Management Consultant:
Product Requirements & Change Strategy: Lead enterprise-level change initiatives supporting digital transformation and platform onboarding. Develop multi-year change management roadmaps aligned with enterprise IT goals, ensuring stakeholder readiness and minimizing resistance across ministries and clusters.
Product Delivery & Execution: Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations to guide successful implementation. Drive adoption through strategic communication, training, and post-implementation reviews, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with performance metrics.
Prioritization & Governance: Support complex governance structures and executive approval processes. Define and track KPIs to measure change effectiveness and contribute to lessons learned for future initiatives. Prioritize stakeholder needs and organizational goals to guide change execution.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Build trust and consensus among diverse stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences. Facilitate workshops, briefings, and training sessions. Develop compelling communication materials tailored to executive and operational audiences, ensuring clarity and alignment.
OPS Context Awareness: Apply deep understanding of Ontario Public Service (OPS) or similar government environments, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and service delivery standards.
Must haves:
Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale enterprise-level (multi-ministry) change initiatives.
Ability to develop and implement change strategies in multi-stakeholder environments, aligned with enterprise IT goals.
Ability to create and execute multi-year change roadmaps for the business stakeholders
Experience developing communication plans and craft clear, compelling materials (e.g., decks, newsletters, FAQs) for diverse audience, including executive-level communications, able to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Experience conducting workshops, briefings, and training sessions.
