Change Integration Administrator - - English

:

The Change Integration Administrator works within Canadian Document Services (CDS) reporting to the Change Integration Manager

Acts as the first point of contact for business partners requesting services from a CDS team

Communicates with requester to ensure all requirements are understood

Maintains current knowledge of CDS Catalogue of Services and enhance understanding about CDS's business partners

Utilises established practices and processes to triage requests within the ServiceNow environment

Manages the Change Integration inbox and handle general inquiries, escalations, and investigations

Responds clearly, completely and professionally to all inquiries

Manages customer expectations and keeps them up to date on progress

Ensures requests are handled in a timely manner

Identifies barriers or opportunities for improvement and help to find solutions or alternative methods to focus on continuous improvement

Aptitude and willingness to learn

Requirements:

Experience with Microsoft suite of products (ie. Outlook, Word, Sharepoint and OneNote)

Familiarity with Service Now would be an asset

Bilingual English/French would be an asset

Minimum High School diploma

Minimum 2 years of experience working in an administrative environment

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance. Certain sales focused roles have sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results.
