Overview:
As a Change Analyst, works closely with Organization Change Management Leads, project resources, and business representatives to analyze and understand the impacts of change following established methodologies and processes. You will supports the development of change communication and engagement strategies that enables the realization of operational vision and business objectives, and assists with the creation, implementation and analysis of readiness measurement activities.
You are responsible for building and maintaining a thorough inventory of change impacts through detailed analysis of project deliverables, interactions with impacted stakeholders, business leaders, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). The Change Analyst supports the creation and production of projects surveys, temperature checks, assessments, and analysis of results.
Responsibilities:
• Gathers and collects relevant documentation inputs for Change Impact Assessment (CIA) sessions and change impact templates such as current state process flows, end to end process documentation, and future state 'to be' processes and documentation.
• Inputs information and documentation into CIA templates and conduct preliminary analysis. Identify gaps and prepares questions for CIA session participants.
• Prepares CIA on-boarding presentation for stakeholder and end-user audiences.
• Schedules, log meeting minutes and participates in CIA sessions and/or interviews with impacted stakeholders and SMEs.
• Supports the development of change deliverables and artifacts.
• Creates material in preparation for the deployment of communication and engagement plans and strategies.
• Contributes to the definition the communications and engagement strategy, Communications and Engagement Plan, Communications and Engagement Material, and communications and engagement evaluation material.
• Supports the leads to identify the individuals in the Change Network, determine their education needs, and then prepare, develop, and conduct Change Network education.
• Develops and delivers measurement activities on an ongoing basis to reflect to the engagement curve required for go-live success.
• Contributes to the definition of the change measurement approach and criteria, and develops/configures the change measurement instruments, change measurement results reports, and change measurement action plans.
• Works collaboratively with OCM and Operational Readiness team resources to identify and align deliverables and milestones to ensure readiness of impacted stakeholder groups.
Qualifications:
• Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Prosci or similar change management certification is an asset
• Certified SAFe 5 practitioner is an asset
• PMP, CBAP, Lean or other related certification is an asset
• Three years related experience conducting analysis, synthesizing information, and preparing outcomes for various audiences.
• Experience supporting projects and/or business initiatives applying formal change management techniques is an asset
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management is an asset
• Proficient knowledge in change management principles, methodologies, and toolsets
• Strong analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to understand and assess stakeholder groups.
• Must be willing and able to travel locally
• Valid driver's licence
