The
Maintenance Millwrights
primary roles are to support Production in minimizing equipment downtime, and maintaining facilities and machinery by performing work that delivers a quality maintenance program.

Role Responsibilities:
Reads and interprets blueprints, layout plans, vendor installation and operation manuals, as well as other schematic drawings to determine work procedures for troubleshooting, installing, removing, aligning, dismantling and assembly of machinery and equipment installations or repairs to plant building facilities and production equipment.
Performs preventive maintenance and records detailed information on repairs and gathers surveyed information to assist in the implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance programs as required.
Completes required work documentation including and not limited to: Daily Work Progress, Assessments, Time Sheets, information gathering or other reports as required, in a timely manner, meeting deadlines as required.
Uses office equipment, such as computers, printers, fax machines, photocopiers, and other PC related software programs. Word processing, spreadsheets, and other related software applications
This position will require the use of hand tooling, power equipment, welding equipment, torches, precision measuring equipment overhead cranes and rigging equipment. There will also be a requirement to work at heights and operate manlifts or other related vehicles. Drives light trucks, forklifts, material handling equipment, and other vehicles as required.
Electrical experience would be an asset.
Millwright Certification is required, mandatory for this position.
Miscellaneous duties as required.
