Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry tasks, including construction painting, cabinet installation, and masonry. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. The Carpenter will be responsible for building and installing structures, ensuring all work meets safety standards and client specifications.

Responsibilities

• Construct, install, and repair structures made of wood and other materials
• Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications
• Perform cabinet installation and ensure proper alignment and functionality
• Execute siding installation with precision and care
• Conduct masonry work as needed for various projects
• Apply caulking to seal joints and openings for a finished look
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects efficiently
• Manage heavy lifting tasks as required during the construction process

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role in the construction industry
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong skills in construction painting, plumb building, and installation techniques
• Experience with cabinet installation and siding work is preferred
• Knowledge of masonry techniques is a plus
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor for extended periods
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
