We are currently seeking a skilled and safety-conscious

Red Seal Carpenter

with strong

formwork experience

to join our team on a variety of challenging and rewarding construction projects. The ideal candidate will have at least

5 years of hands-on carpentry experience

, particularly in concrete formwork.

Experience in civil infrastructure projects such as bridge construction, culverts, or retaining walls

is considered a strong asset.

You'll be a key member of our field crew, helping to build critical infrastructure that supports our communities. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented tradesperson to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on quality, safety, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine formwork requirements Build, erect, align, and dismantle formwork for concrete foundations, walls, slabs, and civil structures Ensure formwork systems are safe, accurate, and meet project standards Work collaboratively with site crews and supervisors to meet project timelines Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition Follow all company and regulatory safety procedures and protocols Support concrete pours and finishing as needed

Qualifications & Experience:

Red Seal Certified Carpenter

(required) Minimum

5 years of carpentry experience

, with a focus on formwork Previous work on

civil infrastructure projects

, especially

, is a strong asset Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and formwork plans Strong understanding of safe work practices in construction environments Physically fit, reliable, and capable of working in outdoor and fast-paced settings Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from job sites Ability to travel with the Province.
