FAIRVIEW INVESTMENTS LIMITED

is an established contractor / developer. We are currently accepting applications for a Cement Finisher for the 2025 construction season.

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking skilled Cement Finisher to join our team. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new skills. Under the direction of the Foreman, the Concrete Finisher is responsible for performing heavy manual labour duties to assist with placing, finishing, protecting concrete on surfaces of poured concrete, such as sidewalks and curbs.

Comply with all safety policies and procedures. Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers and supervisors to ensure that projects are completed properly. Placing and finishing concrete Raking, leveling and screeding Profiling walks, curbs and gutters, median curbs and driveway crossings Standing and working on feet for long periods. Must be dependable, hard working and have transportation to and from work. Applicants must have a minimum of 1 years experience.
