Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and renovation, with the ability to work on various projects that require precision and attention to detail. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring that all finishing work meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

Execute finishing tasks including drywall installation, painting, and trim work. Restore and renovate existing structures to enhance their appearance and functionality. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate project execution. Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues that may arise during the finishing process. Perform heavy lifting as required for transporting materials and equipment. Collaborate with carpenters and other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

Skills

Proficient in building techniques, particularly drywall installation and finishing. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance. Experience in welding is a plus for certain restoration tasks. Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately. Skilled in renovation techniques with an eye for detail. Physical capability for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
