Are you ready to suit up?GardaWorld is currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our CBSA operation. You will be responsible for managing a large & highly motivated team of security professionals. Responsibilities will include managing contract operations as well as overseeing call response and day-to-day activities.Salary: $80,00 - $85,000 annuallyWhat you\'ll be doing

• Supervise and manage the delivery of security services. Making regular rounds at all required sites
• Monitor the sites and its requirements, including but not limited to ensuring contractor resource requirements are met and post orders are being adhered to
• Identify, address, and resolve contract performance issues
• Monitor to ensure training resources is being delivered, including the delivery of such training where appropriate.
• Ensure shift briefings are conducted by Shift Supervisors on daily occurrences and ensuring awareness of the content of briefings.
• Ensure emergency management obligations are met.
• Provide contract monitoring and performance reporting
• Ensure physical records are up to date on file for all guards
• Other related duties as required

Qualifications and Requirements

• Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident
• 3 to 5 years of management experience overseeing a large team within a field directly related to law enforcement or security services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic and at times stressful environment.
• Vulnerable Sector Check and Reliability Clearance required
• Valid BC Security license
• Class 5 Drivers license with clean drivers abstract
• High school diploma or equivalent
