Catering Lead

Reporting to

Owners & working in Conjunction with the Restaurant Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities of Catering Lead:



Be the Catering Lead for assigned events

? Be responsible for the successful execution of the event plan

? Ensure attentiveness to all event details

? Delegate tasks and responsibilities to other staff assigned to the event

? Organize materials needed for the event ( dishes, linens, buffet risers, etc..)

Ensure the work area is ready for service with pre- and post-service checks completed

? Communicate with the clients in a manner that ensures a positive experience (event)

Check Float (if any) for event, opening and closing inventory, cash out

Encourage teamwork and professional communication

? Return event materials to factory and track inventory

Ensure factory/storage areas are maintained

Strong co-ordination with kitchen/transport/service team

Manage event logistics, including setup, teardown, and equipment rental

Provide on-site event management and support to ensure the event runs smoothly and is executed flawlessly

Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of the event and identify areas for improvement

Upholding high hygiene standards

Ensuring compliance with health and safety

To Note: Pay incentives available

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
