About the Role:


We are looking for a

highly motivated, results-oriented sales professional

with a proven track record in catering, hospitality, or B2B foodservice sales. This is not a desk job. This is a commission-based role designed for a closer -- someone who excels at building relationships, driving new business, and consistently exceeding targets. Key Responsibilities:



Identify, pursue, and secure new catering contracts across corporate, institutional, and private event markets. Build and manage a client pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, referrals, and relationship-building. Negotiate contracts and pricing, deliver compelling proposals, and close deals with decision-makers. Partner with Alforat's operations and culinary teams to ensure flawless execution of catering events. Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and community engagements to grow market presence. Track sales activity, revenue, and pipeline performance, reporting regularly on progress and results.

Qualifications & Experience:



Minimum

3+ years of proven success in catering sales, hospitality sales, or foodservice business development

. Existing network within corporate events, wedding, or hospitality sectors is a strong asset. Demonstrated ability to consistently

meet or exceed revenue targets

. Skilled negotiator with excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building abilities. Self-starter with a hunter mindset -- comfortable working independently and driven by performance-based earnings. Strong organizational and time management skills with a focus on delivering results.
