Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of guests. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during events. Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies as needed. Engage with guests to provide a welcoming atmosphere and address any inquiries or special requests.

Skills

Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred. Strong background in guest services and hospitality, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Proficient in food handling, preparation, and serving techniques. Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is essential. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. Hotel experience is a plus but not required.
