We are currently seeking two casual workers to join our team. The role involves a variety of maintenance tasks, including but not limited to:

Exterior Cleaning: Pressure washing, high-reach cleaning, and litter collection Repairs & Renovations: General repairs, bathroom/kitchenette installations, custom metalwork and welding Site Clean-Up & Waste Management: Construction clean-ups, debris removal, disaster recovery Parking Lot & Asphalt Maintenance: Line painting, asphalt patching, sign and bollard installation Equipment Detailing: Washing and detailing company vehicles and equipment General Duties: Safe operation of tools and equipment, ensuring clean and safe work areas, responding to maintenance requests Equipment Detailing: Washing and detailing of vehicles and equipment. Performing general maintenance duties as assigned Operating and maintaining tools and equipment Ensuring work areas are clean and safe Responding promptly to maintenance requests

Requirements:

Previous experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred Knowledge and ability to use specific tools (e.g., hand tools etc.) Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects Strong attention to detail Good communication skills Reliable and punctual Proficiency in English for effective communication Must have a reliable means of transportation to and from work Strong attention to detail and reliability Punctual, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and with a team

Required Qualifications:

Valid Driver's Licence

(must be eligible to drive company fleet vehicles)

Clean Driver's Abstract

(no traffic violations; must be provided upon request)

Legally Eligible to Work in Canada
