Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for troubleshooting and repairing various products. This role involves working with ATV's, Boats and Tractors as well as other units our dealership sells ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and effectively. The Service Technician will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and maintaining equipment to meet our high standards of service. Knowledge in small engine repair would also be considered an asset.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues Perform repairs on various products including mechanical and electrical systems. Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and components. Weld components as necessary to complete repairs or modifications. Assemble new ATV units as required. Document accurate records of services performed and parts used during repairs. Communicate effectively with counter staff regarding service findings and recommendations.

Experience

Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in a repair shop environment. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent communication skills to interact with service writers professionally. Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physically demanding tasks as required. A valid driver's license
