Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team for a casual position. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience. Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take food and drink orders accurately using the POS system. Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining proper presentation standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely food preparation. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed. Assist in training new staff members on restaurant procedures and service standards.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Familiarity with food preparation techniques is a plus. Experience with POS systems is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
