Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a cider forwarded and plant based dining environment. As a front of house team member you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing top-notch customer service, ensuring food safety, and are self sufficient and look out for your teammates. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food, making beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Must be available on weekends Tip pool environment

Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using Square POS systems. Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables. Adhere to food safety standards and sanitation practices during food preparation and service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service flow. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties. Assist with hosting ensuring all guests feel welcomed. Taking lead on making drinks Juggling multiple tasks efficiently

Experience

Ideal candidates will possess the following skills and experience:

Previous experience in a restaurant settings is a must. Familiarity with bartending and making drinks is a plus Strong communication skills Shift leading experience is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Can lift heavy objects and be on your feet for extended periods of time Knowledge of cider and plant based food is a plus Join our team as a Server where your passion for food service meets the opportunity to create memorable experiences for our guests!
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.85 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 15 per week
