We're looking for a responsible, professional, and detail-oriented Security Guard to join our Imperial Oil site team in Nanticoke. In this role, you'll play an essential part in maintaining safety, access control, and emergency readiness on-site while upholding Paladin's reputation for excellence and integrity.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and patrol the premises to ensure site safety and security. Control access at entry points and verify authorized personnel. Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized activity. Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, and emergencies. Enforce company policies and report any security breaches or unusual activities. Complete daily security logs and incident reports. Operate security equipment including CCTV, COM Radio systems, and weigh scale (after hours). Issue and track keys, card keys, and visitor access passes. Announce severe weather alerts and safety advisories when required. Liaise with local authorities and emergency services as needed. Support site emergency duties and maintain readiness procedures. Work collaboratively with site leadership and Paladin's security team.

Requirements:

Valid Security License for the Province of Ontario. Valid First Aid & CPR - Level C certification (from a WSIB-approved provider). Valid G Class Driver's License. Legally authorized to work in Canada. English fluency (oral and written). Knowledge of Transport Canada MARSEC rules is an asset. Customer service experience preferred.
