Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Construction Cleaner, servicing St. Albert and Sherwood Park, to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in various newly built homes, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for employees and clients. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
*Must have your own vehicle - no exceptions.
Duties
Perform routine cleaning tasks including vacuuming and basement washes Utilize a shop vacuum Utilize basement wash equipment (pail/squeegee/hose) Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues to management. Manage time effectively to complete all assigned tasks within the designated time frame. Maintain clear communication with team members regarding daily responsibilities and any challenges encountered.
Experience
Previous construction cleaning is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and trades. Ability to manage time efficiently. Experience with a shop vacuum is preferred but not required.
