Job Description


We are looking for administrators to help provide administrative help for a number of our clients within Edmonton and the surrounding areas. We are looking for candidate who are professional, adaptable, highly motivated and have great customer services skills. The typical duties can range from data entry to filing, and reception to executive support!

Some positions may include, clerk, minutes of meetings, data entry, microsoft skills, and/or a security clearance. Our office positions here can be entry level, to intermediate!

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in a office role or a customer service role
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft and Excel
  • Ability to pick up new systems and databases quickly
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Some positions may include a passed security screening
  • administrative support
