Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while efficiently handling transactions. Your ability to communicate effectively and sell products will contribute to an outstanding customer experience and drive store success.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including cash handling and credit card processing. Engage with customers to promote products through upselling and technology sales, enhancing their shopping experience. Maintain an organized and tidy checkout area, ensuring all merchandise is displayed attractively. Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy, striving for resolution. Communicate product knowledge effectively to assist customers in making informed decisions. Utilize phone etiquette when answering customer calls, providing information or directing inquiries as needed. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain high standards of customer service.

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. Experience in cash handling and familiarity with POS systems is advantageous. A passion for technology sales and the ability to convey product benefits clearly. A positive attitude and willingness to learn about new products and services offered by the store.
