United Sport & Cycle is seeking a

permanent Full-Time Cashier Lead to join our Team. This is a fun fast-paced role that is at the hub of our frontend cash team! This is a great role for someone who enjoys helping grow a great team dynamic, providing guidance by assisting team members to achieve success, and to lead by demonstrating a high standard of customer service and satisfaction. This role needs someone who has a passion for providing customers with a WOW experience and enjoys the challenge of multitasking along with learning new skills.

Who YOU are:

2+ years cashier and/or customer service experience. Able to demonstrate a 'Can-do' attitude through action, and the drive to provide above and beyond customer experiences. Capability to communicate daily priorities to achieve the goals or standards established by the Leadership team. Possess the capacity to be a grounded frontrunner who can provide knowledge and support to those around you. Have the ability stay composed while juggling multiple demands/ questions / requests at one time from customers or the team. Strong organizational and time management skills. A keen attention to detail and accuracy. Experience with different point of sale or computer software systems - a willingness to learn our system. An appetite for continuous learning about the services we offer and the products we sell. The physical ability to work all day on your feet in a fast-paced environment, as well as carrying orders of all sizes out to customer's vehicles. The ability to work weekdays, weekends and/or an evening (required). Leadership experience in either order fulfillment, cashier and/or customer service experience (an asset). Retail experience (an asset). Sports or Bicycle product or service knowledge (an asset).
