Full-Time Head Cashier

Deliver
top-quality customer service
in every interaction. Support cashier staff efficiently withchange, lottery tickets, gift cards, stamps, phone cards, and skims
. Processrefunds, exchanges, and customer inquiries/complaints
quickly and effectively. Ensure theconsistent implementation of all customer service policies
. Maintainhigh merchandising standards
for confectionery, reading materials, and Carlton Cards. Upholdstore standards for cleanliness and safety
around till areas and both exits. Enforceall security policies
regarding cash and floor procedures.Key Requirements
A minimum of
two years of experience as a retail cashier
.Proven ability to deliver
exceptional customer service and effective selling skills
.Flexibility to work diverse shifts
, including evenings and weekends, as required.Compensation based on experience.
