We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly to maintain freshness and prevent contamination
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
Follow food safety guidelines and proper sanitation procedures at all times
Serve dishes promptly and efficiently during busy service hours
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
Experience
Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal presentation
Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
Experience with meal preparation for large or diverse menus is a plus
Strong understanding of the food industry trends and customer service expectations
