We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cashier and Kitchen Helper to join our team. As a Kitchen helper, you will play a vital role in ensuring our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. You will assist in meal preparation, maintain food safety standards, and help create delicious dishes that delight our guests. Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients for cooking by washing, chopping, slicing, and dicing vegetables and meats. Assist in the cooking process by following recipes and instructions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of food items. Adhere to food safety guidelines and standards to ensure the highest quality of food handling. Help with inventory management by tracking stock levels and notifying management of shortages. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation during service hours. Participate in daily kitchen clean-up duties to maintain a sanitary work environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in food service or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality meal preparation. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Willingness to learn new cooking techniques and recipes. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
