Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries or concerns.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring all cash handling is performed according to company policies.
• Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and promote sales.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring all merchandise is properly displayed.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking shelves as needed.
• Provide information about products and services, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation and excellent customer service experience.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
• Experience with cashiering and operating POS systems is preferred.
• Ability to sell products while demonstrating knowledge of technology sales is a plus.
• Bilingual abilities are highly desirable, enhancing communication with a broader customer base.
• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
